Qualifications

We're seeking an experienced Field Supervisor with 2+ years of construction field operations experience. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of all product lines and installation methods, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and excellent organization and time management skills.

Performance Expectations

We're looking for leaders who take pride in delivering outstanding results. The successful candidate will be expected to meet or exceed branch revenue goals, maintain outstanding 90-Day Branch Quality, keep projects on schedule according to GDI budgeting timelines, and achieve 90%+ customer satisfaction on service surveys.

• Develop winning teams by apprenticing installers within 3 months, promoting installers to lead installers within 9 months, and qualifying subcontractors for installation within 3 months
• Generate online reviews from at least 30% of completed installations
