Construction Field Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Field Engineer to oversee and manage our commercial renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction projects from conception to completion.
• Cook up with architects, subcontractors, and the construction team to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical and engineering support.
• Manage project documentation, including compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all project stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in construction engineering or management, preferably in commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
