About the role

AfterQuery is seeking experienced Construction professionals to help train and evaluate AI systems with real-world domain judgment. This is a remote, project-based role: apply your hands-on expertise to review scenarios, label and evaluate domain-specific content, and provide clear reasoned assessments. Work is asynchronous and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and annotate construction-related scenarios and content
• Apply professional judgment to assess quality, correctness, and realism
• Deliver clear, consistent, well-documented work independently

Qualifications

• Professional experience in construction
• Strong attention to detail and reliable judgment
• Clear written communication
