Construction Estimator (Entry Level)

Job Description We are seeking a motivated, entry-level construction professional who is interested in developing a career as an Estimator. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career candidate with a construction-related degree who wants to learn how projects are priced, bid, and awarded while working alongside experienced construction professionals. In this role, you'll support the preconstruction and estimating teams by reviewing construction documents, performing quantity takeoffs, soliciting subcontractor pricing, and helping prepare competitive bids for a variety of commercial construction projects. You'll gain exposure to both negotiated and hard-bid work and learn how projects are developed long before construction begins. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, pays attention to details, and is interested in understanding how buildings come together from concept to completion. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $140000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
