About the role
Expanding disaster Restoration Company is seeking a Construction Estimator for immediate hire at our Wheeling, WV Office.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting the property damage (onsite) including fire, water, wind and hail claims and any other construction related damage
- Prepare an estimate for the job
- Negotiate with the insurance company
- Sell the job to the property owner
- Estimating and selling reconstruction jobs for properties damaged by fire or water for both residential and commercial properties
Qualifications
- Should have experience in estimating all types of jobs and has used the industry estimating software
- Must have ability to use computer estimating software and computer skills and construction knowledge is a must
- Experience in the restoration industry a plus
