About the role
The role is responsible for leading a team of developers in building innovative software solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers
- Develop and maintain high-quality software products that meet business requirements
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Identify and implement best practices in software development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience leading a team of developers
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for technology and innovation
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
