About the role

A Premier Design-Build Contractor in downtown Madison, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional construction services to improve our communities, while creating relationships and long-term partnerships with those we meet. We build ground-up structures in a variety of markets including Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Municipal, Senior Living, Special Projects, Self-perform, and more. Responsibilities

• Lead the bidding for both conceptual and hard-bid estimates across a variety of markets in the Madison/Greater Madison area.
• Play a key role in shaping the Estimator Department through development and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of estimating experience.
• Experience with both hard-bid and conceptual estimating.

Skills

• Technical skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, estimating database software, and Onscreen takeoff.

Pay

$90,000 - $130,000 per year
