Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Review and analyze project specifications and drawings
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate cost projections
• Manage and update cost databases and software tools
• Communicate project costs and progress to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized estimating software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with project management software

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Project Management Software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
