About the role

Join our dynamic team of construction professionals. We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our project management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, excellent communication skills, and a passion for precision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements
• Manage cost estimates and ensure budget adherence
• Review and analyze project specifications and drawings
• Develop and maintain cost databases and templates
• Communicate project progress and costs to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Experience with construction software tools such as Procore, ArchiCAD, or similar
• Understanding of contract documents and legal aspects of construction projects
