Construction Employee

About the role

Installs posters and bulletins as well as performs maintenance on the physical structure and surrounding property. Also performs work on all Digital Assets as required.

Responsibilities

• Climb fixed, portable, and/or extension ladders to heights up to 125 feet multiple times daily
• Work from elevated platforms up to 125 feet in height for up to 70% of the work day
• Lift weights up to 100 lbs. without restrictions through demonstrated safe lifting practices
• Use an oxygen/acetylene torch (working knowledge or ability to learn)
• Use an AC/DC welder (working knowledge or ability to learn)
• Safely operate gas-powered equipment such as lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, compressors, and paint sprayers
• Operate company vehicles (valid driver’s license required)
• Utilize all safety-related equipment as mandated by company operating procedures
• Apply basic mathematics skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
• Maintain full range of motion to install and maintain posters and bulletin signage
• Work in all weather conditions when necessary
• Tolerate risks associated with an outdoor environment
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Meet maximum weight restriction of 265 pounds due to manufacturer requirements on safety equipment
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal clients at all levels
• Highly adaptable to changing work environments
• Ability to travel as required
• Strong prioritization and task execution skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
