About the role

Our client is a well-established Northwest litigation firm focused on providing sophisticated, efficient, and client-focused representation in complex civil disputes. The firm represents businesses, individuals, insurers, construction professionals, transportation companies, property owners, manufacturers, and other clients throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest.

Requirements

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in defense litigation.
• Active license to practice law in Washington; Oregon licensure is a plus.

Skills

• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience handling cases through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and/or trial.
• Ability to independently manage cases while working effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Construction, transportation, insurance defense, products liability, premises liability, or general liability experience is highly valued.

Pay

$160,000 - $220,000 per year
