Job Duties
- Provide excellent communication to Customers and Teammates
- Ensure a high quality of workmanship is achieved, meeting customer expectations
- Lead and mentor 4-6 Construction Crew Techs
- Operate up to a 90-pound jack hammer throughout the workday
- Contribute to reviews on Construction Crew performance
- Work closely with Service Manager, Sales, and provide high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
- 5 years of direct Construction/Heavy Maintenance experience in the Petroleum Industry
- Able to lead and mentor 4-6 Construction Crew Techs
- Able to operate up to a 90-pound jack hammer throughout the workday
- Computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work in all weather conditions – significant portion of the work is done outdoors
- Able to travel, up to 50-60% of the time
- Able to safely operate industry specific tools and equipment
- Obtain / Maintain or possess / maintain certifications
Physical Requirements
- Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per day
