Responsibilities

• Estimate material and labor costs for construction projects
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for clients and project managers
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate budgeting
• Stay updated with industry trends and pricing data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost estimation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Experience with construction software such as Procore, ArchiCAD, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
