Construction Coordinator - Tool Install

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Aids in communication of safety culture and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Supports in preparing and managing the construction schedule and work planning.
• Coordinates field work daily across multiple disciplines, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Maintains oversight of subcontractor's progress and quality.
• Participates in the Safe Behavior Observation (SBO) process.
• Documents changes in the scope of work.
• Prepares and manages closeout documentation and as-built drawings.
• Ensures compliance with construction quality standards and documents issues.
• Maintains contract documents and ensures their accuracy.
• Prepares project status reports.
• Collaborates with responsible design professionals on submittals and RFI’s.
• Contributes to continuous improvement through lessons learned and process development.
• Manages all construction records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OSHA10 certification required.
• OSHA30 certification preferred.
• Experience working on construction projects.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Writer, Vision, and basic EEO Statement.
