About the role
System Pavers is growing and seeks a Construction Coordinator to join our energetic and positive team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a great communicator, and personable, with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in evaluation and solution of potential field problems
- Acting as the liaison via phone and email between home owners, sub contractors, and employees
- Coordinating and managing multiple active job site schedules
- Tracking all jobs in progress
- Completing and sending out PO's within appropriate time frames
- Being responsible for deposits and submitting financing for job sites
- Ordering materials needed to complete projects
- Keeping commitments through proactive attention to detail and execution
Experience & Skills
- Customer service oriented
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining aware of completion dates with an understanding of time management
- Able to easily adapt to time-sensitive deadlines with frequently changing priorities in a customer satisfaction-driven environment
- Able to set and achieve monthly goals and budgets
- Laser-focused with high attention to detail
- Prideful in all job tasks, big or small
- Superior in knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in the construction industry (a plus but not mandatory)
- Preferably bilingual (Spanish a plus but not mandatory)
- College educated
Pay
This position offers an hourly wage of $28/hour.
Schedule
This is a full-time role.
