Construction Contracts Manager 5

What’s the Job?

Track construction progress and support schedule, cost, QA/QC, and general contractor management activities for a hyperscale data center project. Monitor project milestones and identify potential schedule delays while ensuring quality standards are met. Collaborate with Microsoft teams, contractors, and multiple stakeholders to drive successful project execution. Review construction operations, resolve project issues, and maintain accurate progress tracking and reporting. Support production efficiency, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced onsite environment.

What’s Needed?

• 10+ years of construction management experience, preferably supporting hyperscale data center projects
• Minimum 8+ years of experience tracking large-scale construction activities and project schedules
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, blueprints, and project documentation
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Experience with Bluebeam is preferred, and Primavera P6 experience is a plus
