Construction Content Data Quality Analyst
About the role
The Quality Analyst ensures the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of Dodge Content's project reporting data. This role conducts systematic audits of Dodge Reports, performs verification calls with industry professionals, and identifies opportunities to improve data quality and workflow consistency. The Quality Auditor collaborates with Data Stewards, Content Managers, and Operational Leadership to uphold and enhance Dodge's data quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine audits of project records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established data standards
- Review sampled Dodge Reports to ensure data reflected on report aligns with the data available
- Perform verification calls & emails with architects, contractors, and other project participants to confirm key project details
- Analyze audit results to identify data gaps, recurring errors, and opportunities for process improvement
- Provide timely feedback to Data Stewards and managers regarding audit outcomes and corrective actions
- Maintain detailed documentation of audit findings and contribute to data quality scorecards
- Collaborate with the Data Quality Management team to refine audit criteria and improve data governance frameworks
- Support process calibration and QA initiatives to drive consistent performance across the Content organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, data management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data quality auditing, content QA, research verification, or operational data validation, preferably in construction, media, research, or SaaS environments
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with professional phone verification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data review tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle, or similar CRM systems
- Knowledge of construction industry data or content workflows (a plus)
- Experience reviewing structured records in content management systems, CRMs, or research databases
- Comfort conducting outbound verification calls with industry professionals (architects, engineers, contractors)
Qualifications
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, AWS QuickSight, PowerBI, or charting via Microsoft Excel
Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills

- Ability to conduct outbound verification calls with industry professionals (architects, engineers, contractors)
Benefits
This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Operational Performance Management. Preferred Location: This is a remote, home-office based role and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered. For this position, there is a preference to hire in Eastern Time Zone, however candidates in other area/time zones would be considered as well. Travel Requirements: Expected travel is minor for this role.
Pay
Base Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job-related factors. Dodge Construction Network's compensation and rewards package for full-time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
