Construction Commercial Pricing & Programming Auditor
Key Responsibilities
- Perform audits of all manual and automatic discounts claimed during vehicle settlements to end customers.
- Evaluate internal controls and compliance to company policies.
- Routinely correspond with manager about audit status and concerns.
- Ensure proper documentation and workflow for the program exception process.
- Manage and communicate chargeback findings with the field salespeople when discounts claimed do not meet audit requirements.
- Train field and inside sales on processes relevant to program auditing, as well as on ongoing annual programs.
- Support program managers with new programming creation or edits to existing programs to ensure the program meets audit standards and clearly represents the intention of the program offering.
- Review program documents/communications to ensure proper formatting, style, and correctness prior to publication.
- Represent team as subject matter expert on program audits in support of ad hoc projects.
- Routinely edit Dealer Operating Guide/Dealer Policy Manual sections applicable to Programming.
Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and minimum of 1 year of combined experience in Audit Financial Analysis, Public Accounting, Data Analysis, and/or related experience OR
- Associate’s degree in a relevant discipline and 3 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce experience
- SAP experience
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $63,700.00 - $97,700.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
