Construction & Building Maintenance Adjunct Instr (Bilingual)

About the role

Remington College is seeking an exceptional bilingual Construction and Building Maintenance Instructor. The ideal candidate is a dedicated and enthusiastic construction and building maintenance professional ready to educate students eager to train in these fields.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and evaluate students in your area of specialty.
• Keep up to date with and effectively use technology and media in the classroom.
• Track student attendance and post assignment feedback in a timely manner.
• Attend faculty/staff and in-service meetings.
• Implement and adhere to all school policies.
• Participate in graduation ceremonies.
• Perform other duties/participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• An associate degree or higher in construction and building maintenance, HVAC, business, or a related field.
• At least four (4) years of related experience in courses taught.
• Experience with green applications, building security and safety systems, logic controllers, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
