About the role

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate with four to six years of complex litigation experience to join its Nashville construction law practice.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility in an active and diverse construction practice involving complex litigation and transactions.
• Work closely with construction litigation shareholders who will provide active mentoring and client contact.
• Engage in deposition, discovery, motion practice, and trial experience.

Requirements

• Academically distinguished applicant.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Specific experience in construction law and litigation preferred.
• Engineering, architecture or construction management experience a plus.
