Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with the planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and analysis of projects.
- Utilize and understand policies, methods, and procedures of Project Controls and scheduling Best Practices.
- Forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits.
- Develop the schedule for all phases of the build.
- Aid in obtaining permits, managing required deadlines, and communicating impacts to the schedule.
- Develop and implement project-specific processes and procedures.
- Lead, direct, and coordinate day-to-day management and construction activities with the Project Superintendent.
- Manage project costs through ongoing evaluations of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Interface with all company departments to resolve issues and serve as the liaison between the client, the company, subcontractors, and government officials.
- Ensure substantial completion as per specifications.
- Assist in the submission of record drawings, maintenance manuals, and warranties for a smooth closeout process.

What It Takes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the construction industry.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
