About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors
  • Prepare and present project reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license
    • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
