About the role

K. Hovnanian’s Baltic at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC and K. Hovnanian’s Aegean at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC are seeking to establish an Apprenticeship in the construction field. The Apprenticeship will work directly with the builder or select trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the builder or select trade partners

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age, except where a higher minimum age standard is otherwise filed by law

Skills

• Multi-family construction practices

Benefits

• $25.00 per hour compensation
• Eligible for four ($4) scholarships of $2500 each, to be used for vocational training or academic education in real estate development or construction management
• Eligible for a scholarship if successfully completed the Apprenticeship

Pay

$25.00 per hour
