Responsibilities
- Request, review, and track contactor insurance certificates.
- Ensure all subcontractors meet project and company insurance requirements prior to project engagement.
- Upload and maintain project drawings and documentation in Procore.
- Ensure proper version control and accessibility of all project files.
- Aid in the creation and management of commitments and change orders in Procore.
- Maintain accurate records of contract documentation and revisions.
- Aid in the preparation, distribution, and tracking of bid packages to subcontractors and vendors.
- Solicit and coordinate subcontractor bids for multifamily construction projects.
- Maintain bidder lists and ensure subcontractors receive current drawings, specifications, and addendums.
- Track bid submissions and assist with bid tabulations and comparisons.
- Cover communication with project managers, accounting, estimating, and field teams to support project execution.
- Cover coordination of information flow between departments to maintain project timelines and compliance.
- Aid the construction team with reporting, tracking logs, and documentation needs.
- Maintain organized up-to-date project records.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Three or more years of experience working in a construction or real estate development company.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work within a team (professional, courteous, friendly demeanor).
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Procore.
- Detail-oriented.
