About the role
The role is responsible for leading design projects from concept through completion, collaborating with clients, and managing project teams.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing design solutions that meet client needs and project goals
- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Leading design teams in brainstorming sessions and presentations
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
