Qualifications
- Prior accounting, bookkeeping, or project accounting experience in construction, home services, or related industries
- Strong understanding of invoices, expense reports, estimates, vendor payments, and job cost tracking
- Experience working with project management or task management systems, Asana experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume administrative and accounting workflows
- Ability to communicate clearly with vendors, internal teams, field staff, and clients
- Comfortable supporting multiple active projects, deadlines, invoices, and documentation requests at once
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
