Job Description

We are looking for concrete and steel constructors with some experience in construction projects. Your responsibilities include leading and guiding complete construction projects, acting as an advisor in construction projects, and finding it challenging to realize tasks on time, correctly, and within the set budget. You must be able to translate construction wishes from our clients into practical forms and balance safety, sustainability, price, and design requirements. As a constructor, it's important that you act as the connecting factor between the client's wishes and the safety requirements. You work independently or together with the Head Constructor to advance the project.

Requirements

• A flexible and decisive constructor with several years of relevant experience
• A minimum of a completed HBO degree in civil engineering or construction
• Prioritize a supplementary degree such as HTI / concrete constructor / steel constructor
• Capable of switching between multiple projects and tasks quickly
• Good communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, persuasiveness, and humor
