Constructability Specialist
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections based on content.
Let's parse the posting:
- Description: "Constructability Specialist This position is based out of any of our regional offices or fully remote." That's location info.
- About ArchKey: description of company.
- About The Position: description of role.
- Our Ideal Candidate: bullet points? Actually sentences.
- Day in the life: list of duties.
- Minimum Qualifications: list.
- Travel Days and hours of work: schedule info.
- Salary Range: pay.
- Benefits: description.
- Legal and Fraud Disclaimer: boilerplate to remove.
We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe combine About The Position and About ArchKey? The instruction: use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content.
"About the role": likely the description of the position (About The Position). Could also include location.
"Responsibilities": the Day in the life list.
"Requirements": maybe Minimum Qualifications? Or "Requirements" could be the Ideal Candidate? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings. Usually Requirements = minimum qualifications, Qualifications = preferred or ideal candidate. We'll assign:
- Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (hard requirements).
- Qualifications: Ideal Candidate (preferred/desired).
- Skills: maybe list of skills from Ideal Candidate and Minimum Qualifications (tools, etc). Could combine.
But we must not create thin sections. We need to ensure each section has substantive content.
We have Pay: Salary Range.
Schedule: Travel Days and hours of work.
Benefits: Benefits section.
We also have location info (based out of any regional offices or fully remote). Could be placed in About the role as a short paragraph.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, fraud disclaimer.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers.
We must preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract substantive content:
About ArchKey: description of company. Might be considered part of About the role? Could be included as part of About the role (company overview). It's substantive.
About The Position: description of role.
Our Ideal Candidate: list of attributes.
Day in the life: list of duties.
Minimum Qualifications: list.
Travel Days and hours of work: schedule.
Salary Range: pay.
Benefits: description.
We need to avoid duplication.
Let's craft sections:
