Constructability Manager Data Center

Job Summary

Will have a complete understanding of the project requirements including a detailed understanding of drawings, specifications, and the means and methods of installation. Works as the Lead for integrating the BIM design with the actual construction installation and ensuring constructability.

Qualifications

• Data Center experience required.
• BS degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years Electrical Field experience (Master's or Journeyman preferred).
• Electrical Superintendent for Data Center or Industrial projects experience preferred.
• Experience with $20-$100M electrical projects preferred.
• Proficient understanding of 3D modeling systems (will not be modeling/drawing).
• Proficient in Blue Beam, Procore, CX Alloy, BIM360, MS Project, P6, and other industry standard software.
• Excellent computer, communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.
