Responsibilities

  • general administrative assignments, including preparing and editing documents
  • answering constituent phone calls
  • maintaining a regional calendar of events
  • serving as a liaison with constituents and agency staff
  • responding to constituent mail
  • assisting with special projects and events
  • preparing a weekly report of activities within the office for Senator Warner

Requirements

  • strong written and verbal communications skills
  • ability to work long hours

Qualifications

  • Virginia ties preferred

Skills

  • relishes working in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • excelling at managing multiple projects at one time
