This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant to make an immediate impact while working alongside a strong accounting leadership team.Role SummaryThe Consolidations Consultant will support month end close, financial consolidations, reporting, and ad hoc accounting initiatives. This position requires a hands on accounting professional with strong systems experience who can quickly step into a complex environment and contribute with minimal ramp up time.The consultant will work closely with corporate accounting leadership to support accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong OneStream expertise, international consolidation experience, and knowledge of foreign currency translation.Key Responsibilities• Support month end close and financial consolidation activities • Perform and review consolidations using OneStream • Support international accounting and foreign currency translation activities • Assist with consolidated cash flow preparation and analysis • Research and resolve consolidation discrepancies and accounting issues • Partner with accounting leadership on financial reporting and ad hoc initiatives • Ensure consolidated financial information is accurate, complete, and properly supported • Provide technical accounting support as neededKey Requirements• Strong hands on OneStream experience • Demonstrated experience supporting complex financial consolidations • International consolidation and foreign currency translation experience • Strong understanding of cash flow reporting and technical accounting concepts • Solid accounting background with month end close and financial reporting experience • Ability to analyze and resolve accounting issues independently • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skillsPreferred Skills• CPA certification • Public accounting or audit experience • Experience working within complex corporate accounting environments • Strong technical accounting knowledge • Experience supporting financial reporting and consolidation projects • Proactive and hands on approach with the ability to quickly take ownership of responsibilitiesCall to ActionIf you are an experienced accounting professional with strong OneStream, consolidation, and foreign currency translation experience, apply today through The Intersect Group with your resume and best contact information.
