Consolidation and Reporting Analyst - Manufacturing

This position is responsible for:

• Consolidation and reporting of financials for all U.S. and Canadian Assembly Plants
• Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance and external/internal audit procedures related to Assembly Plant financials
• Reviewing, developing, and consolidating Manufacturing Assembly business plans as well as reviewing model year budgets and capitalization forecasts
• Presenting monthly results to the Director of North America Manufacturing Finance
• Guidance and frequent interaction with Manufacturing Operations personnel as well as Assembly Plant Finance staffs
• Create on-demand budgets for special studies used by senior management in making long-term investment decisions

What This Role Will Prepare You For:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Finance experience
• Demonstrated success in financial analysis, process improvements, and leading a project or a team
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite products and financial consolidation tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA, CMA, CPA or equivalent
• Preferably industrial environment experience
• SAP, and Hyperion Essbase
