About the role

VectorCSP is looking for a learning center monitor to work in the Fort Walton Beach, FL area. Maintain the learning center IAW local operating instructions for an Air Force Special Operations Formal Training Unit. Assist in administering written, and computer-based exams and monitor students during computer-based instruction to ensure students receive access to all required material. Provide aid to students in the completion of modules. Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, processing correspondence, maintaining files.

Responsibilities

• Provide entry control
• Assist students in operating learning center equipment
• Proctor/monitor students as required for testing
• Provide controlled access and security for all paper-based tests and examinations
• Record training events and complete training documentation
• Support the Library manning hours in the event the Librarian is unavailable
• Administer the Critique program

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Minimum of 3 years' similar experience with the USAF aircrew publication process
• AFSOC experience is highly desired

Knowledge, Skill And Abilities

• Management of government provided database to record test scores
• Knowledge of electronic publication distribution process

Pay

The projected pay range for this position is $21.85-$26.91 hourly and is based on experience and contractual requirements.
