Responsibilities

• Lead the quantitative analysis workstream for moderately complex projects, ensuring high-quality, timely, and scientifically sound outcomes.
• Develop and review analysis plans, output specifications, and technical reports.
• Apply advanced statistical methods to COA/PRO data.
• Interpret results clearly for clients and internal teams, supporting decision-making through effective communication of methodology.
• Contribute to evidence generation relevant to regulatory authorities and payers, especially in relation to endpoint strategies.
• Build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams, participating in proposals and business development.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, statistics, psychometrics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, healthcare, or consulting environments.
• Advanced knowledge of complex statistical methods applicable to Phase I-IV clinical trials.
• Familiarity with SAS and/or R.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
