About the role

The Connectivity Foreman at Loenbro, LLC is responsible for supervising daily field activities and leading crew members in the installation of telecom and network infrastructure systems. This role provides hands-on leadership to technicians and laborers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The Foreman supports project execution by coordinating schedules, reviewing plans, maintaining quality standards, and overseeing tasks such as fiber installation, structured cabling, and system troubleshooting.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage Connectivity projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage 2-4 crews/Connectivity projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
  • Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
  • Independently start and manage projects
  • Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
  • Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience managing 2-4 crews/telecommunication projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
  • Demonstrated success supervising 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
  • Experience leading both large construction and data center projects
  • Experience utilizing prefabrication
  • Willingness to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
  • Willingness to lead, develop, and recruit a team and produce high quality electrical workmanship
  • Motivation to continue professional development to obtain BICSI Technician and RCDD certifications
