What You’ll Do
- Plan and lead engaging group and individual activities tailored to residents’ interests.
- Develop and maintain a lively monthly calendar and coordinate special events.
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and community spirit.
- Track resident engagement and ensure personalized support.
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or a similar role—ideally in a senior living or healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and event planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A creative, energetic, and resident-focused approach
- Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
