The Opportunity

As a Connected Supply Chain, Planning - Kinaxis, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.

Responsibilities

• Leading supply chain optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyzing client supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions
• Collaborating with clients to implement technology and data analytics for a connected and agile supply chain network
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
• Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
• Developing strategies for inventory management and distribution channel optimization
• Utilizing supply chain management software to streamline processes and reduce costs
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Promoting operational excellence and embracing change to drive business performance
• Validating compliance with professional and technical standards within supply chain operations

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Science, Marketing
• Demonstrating proficiency in Supply Chain Management Software
• Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize supply chain processes
• Excelling in strategic sourcing and procurement strategies
• Managing logistics and inventory with precision

Salary Range

$99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
