Conflicts Specialist

About the role

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Conflicts Specialist for a direct-hire, permanent position with our client in Greenville, SC. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant Conflicts Analyst/Conflicts Specialist experience in a law firm setting.

Responsibilities

• Performing conflict searches
• Reviewing legal documents submitted with new business forms
• Conducting research of corporate families/entities
• Communicating with lawyers, paralegals, and administrative staff regarding findings of conflicts checks
• Supporting the Conflicts Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant Conflicts Analyst/Conflicts Specialist experience in a law firm setting

Schedule

Full-time, Monday - Friday, standard business hours.
