Conflicts Counsel

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflict of interest reports for new representations and lateral attorney hires
• Resolve conflicts, obtaining necessary consents and drafting ethical wall memoranda
• Review new matter requests for compliance with Firm policies
• Absess client outside counsel guidelines for compliance
• Oversee the Firm's waiver process
• Train attorneys and staff on conflicts procedures and intake process
• Lead and mentor Conflicts Analysts to ensure quality and consistency

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active licensure
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in conflicts of interest and professional responsibility
• Strong knowledge of conflict-of-interest principles
• Familiarity with automated new business intake systems
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across all organizational levels

Pay

$100,000 – $150,000 annually
