Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Admission to the bar in good standing in at least one state or country
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with legal research tools
  • Knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation
