Confirmation Specialist
Core Responsibilities
- Calling customers to confirm appointment dates, times, and details
- Reviewing and updating customer and appointment details to ensure data accuracy and eligibility requirements
- Communicating clearly about reschedules, cancellations, or changes
- Updating and documenting call outcomes accurately in company systems and databases
- Partnering with sales and scheduling teams to share updates with customers and finalize appointments, while keeping calendars accurate
- Delivering a courteous, professional, and positive customer experience on every call
Basic Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience in a call center, customer service, sales support, or similar customer-facing role
Preferred Qualifications
- Clear and professional phone communication
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation across multiple systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office tools
- Good judgment and the ability to work independently
- A positive, team-focused attitude
Work Schedule
We're looking for candidates who can meet the following work schedule onsite at our Fulton, MD Headquarters:
- 3 days per week (M-F) from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
- 1 day per week (M-F) from 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Saturday schedule from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
