Responsibilities
- Control, track, document, and manage configuration changes across MT&E, ST&E, HMTT&E, and T&EaaS environments.
- Maintain configuration baselines for AI/ML models, datasets, pipelines, infrastructure, and operational evaluation environments.
- Ensure traceability of configuration changes across data, systems, applications, and operational workflows.
- Support Change Control Board (CCB) processes including documentation, review coordination, approval tracking, and implementation oversight.
- Align configuration management activities with AO, ATO, RMF, and security compliance requirements.
- Document and track updates resulting from data drift analysis, model performance assessments, infrastructure changes, and operational findings.
- Support evaluation environment stability, integrity, and security through disciplined configuration management processes.
- Cookordination with engineers, data scientists, software developers, and mission stakeholders to support evolving mission requirements and operational priorities.
- Maintain configuration documentation, version control records, baseline inventories, and audit-ready artifacts.
- Support identification and mitigation of integration risks associated with operational changes and evolving evaluation environments.
- Contribute to technical documentation, compliance reporting, and customer briefings supporting operational T&E activities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience supporting configuration management, change management, or technical baseline control activities.
- Familiarity with configuration management processes, version control practices, and system documentation standards.
- Experience supporting compliance, RMF, ATO, or security-focused operational environments.
- Ability to manage configuration documentation across complex technical systems and operational workflows.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting DoD, NGA, or Intelligence Community programs.
- Familiarity with AI/ML operational environments, data pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Experience supporting Change Control Boards (CCB), audit readiness, and configuration baseline management.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment environments.
- Experience supporting operational T&E or mission-focused technology environments.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or STEM related field, or additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Clearance Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to pass a CI polygraph within 30 days.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
