About the role
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, MD. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. The role involves working with advanced PLM systems and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure the readiness of manufacturing processes. The position demands a professional attire in a collaborative setting. This is a fully onsite position in Westminster, MD.
Responsibilities
- Run and manage the Manufacturing Readiness Process (MRP system).
- Handle engineering changes through the change management system ENOVIA or similar Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Identify documents needing updates and ensure configuration is ready for production.
- Manage tasks and documentation efficiently.
- Conduct contract reviews and manage task assignments effectively.
Skills
- Proficiency in configuration and product lifecycle management.
- Experience with ENOVIA or similar PLM systems.
- Strong task and documentation management capabilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Leadership qualities with a proactive, 'do-er' approach.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.
