About the role

As the Configuration Management Specialist at Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will maintain technical and engineering support in the systems engineering, integration, development, maintenance, documentation, and operation of Training Tools. This is a contingent position based on award/funding from the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide schedules, technical, engineering, and analytical services in support of systems engineering, integration, V&V, and documentation of operator training including CAST Lessons and other Interactive Courseware (ICW).
  • Perform configuration management of Training exercise scenarios and provide a written report.
  • Participate in meetings for CAST Lesson, Aegis Configuration Management Board (ACMB), ACTS, and AEGIS Configuration Review Board (CRB).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Secret Clearance (Ability to obtain TS/SCI).

Skills

  • Experience in supporting technical documentation, baseline, and change configuration items.
  • Experience in maintaining data and information, and audit results.
  • Experience with assisting in developing and implementing configuration management procedures.
  • Experience maintaining configuration control database, maintaining project schedules, analyzing configuration issues, and developing recommendations for improvement.
  • Basic understanding of AI Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Large Language Model (LLM) fundamentals.
  • Experience in sourcing, cleaning, labeling, and organizing vast amounts of data used to train AI models and ensuring products from AI models function correctly, reliably, and ethically, including checking for accuracy, bias, robustness, and compliance.

Pay

$73,000–$93,000 (subject to experience and qualifications).
