Duties & Responsibilities
- Cook up and oversee configuration management activities to guarantee accuracy and conformity with corporate standards.
- Learn and implement configuration management principles in a quick-paced technical setting.
- Release, upgrade, store, and disperse software for numerous tasks, ensuring clarity and reliability.
- Identify and keep track of systems and/or apparatus as needed by contractual or regulatory requirements.
- Organize and prioritize work assignments to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product release and distribution procedures.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies while maintaining a secure and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related discipline; professional experience in configuration management may be considered.
- Basic comprehension of configuration management concepts and principles, as well as relevant governmental rules and regulations.
- Strong organizational abilities with the ability to coordinate multiple work phases and meet deadlines.
- Eloquent communication, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees and management.
- Able to function independently or in a team environment while maintaining confidentiality of confidential information.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a DoD security clearance is required.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with version control tools or systems.
- Experience in managing engineering documentation or product release processes.
