Configuration Engineering Supervisor

Management$95k–$130k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, About Us, Lead and Develop the Team, Own Manufacturing Configuration Integrity, Solve Technical and Component Challenges, Drive Engineering Change and Compliance, Partner Across the Organization, Requirements (maybe split into Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications?), Key Metrics and Focus Areas, Our Benefits, Compensation (Pay), Work Schedule (Schedule). Also include Work Location and Citizenship Requirements maybe as a short paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to include sections for each heading that has content. Let's parse content: - About the Role: paragraph(s). We'll put under

    About the role

    with

    content. - About Us: paragraph(s).

    About us

. - Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Also Work Location: On-site | North Logan, UT. Citizenship Requirements: U.S. Citizenship Required | No Visa Sponsorship Available. Could combine into a short paragraph under maybe a heading? The instruction says: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can have a

containing Work Schedule, Work Location, Citizenship Requirements. - Lead and Develop the Team: bullet list of responsibilities. We'll make

    Lead and develop the team

    with
    • items. - Own Manufacturing Configuration Integrity: bullet list. - Solve Technical and Component Challenges: bullet list. - Drive Engineering Change and Compliance: bullet list. - Partner Across the Organization: bullet list. - Requirements: includes ITAR Citizenship Requirement (but we already covered citizenship? Might be duplicate). Also Required Qualifications list, Preferred Qualifications list. We'll have

      Requirements

with sub-sections? Could just list Required Qualifications as
        and Preferred Qualifications as another
maybe with a note. Or we could split into Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications as separate headings? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine under Requirements heading with two lists: Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications, each preceded by a

maybe? But we need to use

          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have two separate
under the same heading, each preceded by a

describing? Might be okay. - Key Metrics and Focus Areas: bullet list. - Our Benefits: bullet list. - Compensation: salary range $95,000-$130,000. Also mention Exempt position, based on experience etc. We'll put under

              Pay

              with

. - Possibly also include a short paragraph about Grow Your Career... but that's more fluff; maybe we can include under About the role or a separate section? It's somewhat promotional; but we should preserve substantive info. Could include as a paragraph under About the role or a separate section like "Grow your career". However instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. The "Grow Your Career..." is somewhat generic; maybe we can incorporate into About the role or omit as boilerplate? It's not boilerplate but it's still promotional. I'd include it as a paragraph under About the role or maybe under a section "About the role" already includes that. Actually the "Grow Your Career With Spartronics" paragraph appears after compensation. It's more about career growth. Could be considered part of "About the role" or "About us". I'd add a

under About the role or maybe a separate section "Grow your career". To keep sections few, I'll add it as a paragraph under About the role after the initial description. - Also there is a line: "Spartronics is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Veteran/Disabled 41 CFR 60-1.4. We comply with federal Affirmative Action guidelines..." This is EEO boilerplate; must remove. - Also "Employment at Spartronics is considered at-will..." remove. - Also "Salary Description $95K - $130K Annually" duplicate; we already have compensation. Now produce HTML. Structure:

              About the role

... (combine About the Role description + Grow Your Career paragraph)

              About us

              ... (About Us description)
