About the role

The Configuration & Risk Management Analyst will provide engineering and analytical support for ACV Configuration Management and Risk Management (RM) operations in Quantico, VA. The candidate must have an active secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Configuration Management operation tasks:
    • Maintain CM Plans
    • Analyze CM processes and conduct in-depth analysis
    • Develop measurements to monitor CM process key phases
    • Manage Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Configuration Review Board (CRB)
    • Review drawings, CM CDRLs, ECPs, and TDP
    • Provide status reports IAW CDRL A011
    • Assist in organizing and managing the customer's internal CCBs process
    • Evaluate program artifacts and maintain/update a repository of ECPs and Deviations based on CCB results
    • Support Functional and Physical Configuration Audits
    • Support engineering and technical assessments of ACV Technical Reviews, including preparing for reviews, providing comments/adjudications to action items, and tracking status through close-out
  • Risk Management operation tasks:
    • Maintain the RM Plan and process
    • Analyze RM processes and conduct in-depth analysis
    • Develop measurements to monitor key RM process phases
    • Assess PQDRs and provide status reports IAW CDRL A011
    • Assist in organizing and managing the PM AAA internal Risk Management Board (RMB) process
    • Evaluate program artifacts and maintain/update a repository of Risk and risk mitigations based on RMB results
  • Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include:
    • Participation in technical interviews
    • Creation of technical documentation
    • General proposal writing support and proposal color reviews

Requirements

  • Active secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related professional experience
  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time
  • Travel: less than 10%

Pay

$85,000–$95,000 (final compensation will be determined based on relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)
