Responsibilities
- Acquire and distribute technical and programmatic Contract Data Items (CDI) from launch service providers to appropriate government evaluators.
- Proactively engage and communicate with all CDI stakeholders to ensure on-time evaluation and response.
- Track CDI deliverables from initial delivery through all close-out actions and maintain CM/DM status databases.
- Operate and manage the NSSL Program support library, data repository, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical writing support for the CM/DM team, drafting plans, processes, reports, operating instructions, and training materials.
- Drive continuous innovation to improve CM/DM engineering processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively and establish a professional rapport with internal MANTECH team members and government customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM discipline or a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical document development, Data Management, Configuration Management, or engineering.
- Working knowledge of, or ability to learn, Google Mail, Drive, Jira, Confluence, Warp Core, and SharePoint.
Qualifications
- Prior working experience with the United States Air Force (USAF), USSF, or NSSL Program, including launch vehicle systems.
- Experience with USAF/USSF requirements for technical writing, Configuration Management, and Data Management.

- Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer.
