About the role
Join our team as a Configuration Analyst / CAD Drafter at Lockheed Martin. This role involves creating and maintaining detailed technical drawings and documentation to support product development and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design specifications are met and documented.
- Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure compliance with engineering standards and customer requirements.
- Support project timelines by efficiently managing drawing revisions and updates.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior staff members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD drafting and/or configuration management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with 3D modeling and assembly drawings.
- Knowledge of engineering standards and practices.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
Skills

Pay
