Configuration Analyst

Job Title: Configuration Analyst Job Summary We are seeking a configuration analyst for configuring new/existing customer implementations for RevSpring’s proprietary SaaS (software as a service) applications. This individual will be responsible for configuring customer web applications (portals) and pay gateways for RevSpring customers. Essential Functions Gather, evaluate and organize customer requirements and translate to appropriate portal configurationsAnalyze inbound data files and ensure data integritySME (subject matter expert) for existing and new configuration options (for multiple applications)Documentation and Training for existing and new configuration optionsDocumentation and maintaining customer configuration profilesWorking directly with Project Managers, Software Developers and Quality Assurance AnalystSome direct client communication is required Minimum Requirements Specific Job Skills: Thorough knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)SQL skills (ability to write and execute SQL queries)Great Attention to Detail and strong follow through skillsExcellent Customer Service SkillsOutstanding Communication skills (written and verbal)Experience coding and reviewing HTML / HTML 5Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work effectively within a teamExcellent time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentJavaJSONJavaScriptCSSACH (automated clearing house)EFT (electronic funds transfer)IVR (interactive voice response)ETL / Data WarehouseUp to 10% travel may be required Education: Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a minimum of two years’ Experience: experience with software development and/or Quality Assurance testing software applications. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
